On the desktop I've been using ctrl-b because my
Ultimate-Hacking-Keyboard has a "Mouse" key where the caps-lock is, so I
can't remap caps-lock as a ctrl. Makes the CTRL-A a weirder combo. And I
need the same shortcut on all machines or my brain will melt.

Move all plugins to Vim-Plug instead of Pathogen, remove submodules.
That sure feels a lot better.
