We need to use default/web-secure for matrix-docker-ansible-deploy, so
to prevent this problem from happening again we just standardize on
those for everything.

filter plugins create __pycache__/*.pyc files which should not be
comitted

matrix-docker-ansible-deploy playbook made changes to how it uses
Traefik, and required changing the entrypoint names to what it uses as
that playbook currently doesn't allow setting the entrypoint names used.

Primarily designed to allow the valleycamp firewall to dial out, and
then forward ports through the VPN to the correct internal devices, as
well as ensure that all traffic from certain devices comes from the same
IP address. (Some HAM Radio protocols don't like your IP changing, and
don't work at all via CGNAT)
