Warning was because it was a LiveComponent and wasn't using render/1
however it not only doesn't need to be a LiveComponent, but can't be
one because it doesn't have a single root element, so it becomes a
regular function component.
And gets a more descriptive name

Might be fun to keep track of how many log messages we've seen.

We want to be able to call by hostname and tag and get a simple empty
array back if the hostname/tag pair isn't found. Saves error catching.
